Have you attended Sunday Night Live yet?
IT HAS BEGUN! On Sunday, April 11th we kicked off a new way of doing things on Sunday evenings. Picture it with me for a moment… all three floors of Abundant Life Foursquare Church buzzing with energy and excitement. One room on the third floor filled with people vigorously taking notes in a Bible Study about experiencing freedom in Christ. Another room filled with individuals over the age of 54 eating, laughing, and learning together. Two other rooms on the same floor filled with teenagers conversing about what the Bible teaches concerning things they deal with on a daily basis. Then we move to the second floor; young boys listening to their Royal Ranger Commander and young girls eating up every word of their Pioneer Club Leader. At the same time 2 workshops take place where people are learning how to handle conflict in a biblical way and others prepare for a trip to Israel. Finally, we make it all the way down to the first floor were an interactive worship service is filled with people, hungry for the words of Jesus, receiving personal answers to life changing questions. This is only a small glimpse at what took place Sunday, April 11th 2010, Join us Sunday Nights as the excitement continues!

Sunday Night LIVE Scripture memorization
We recognize the value of having scripture memorized and using it in our daily lives.
The “scripture of month” is a key element of sunday night LIVE.
During the interactive worship service we corporately practice the important principle of
“integration and application of God’s word”
and memorize scripture together, through a variety of ways, engaging the different senses (seeing.hearing.etc.). One way we have visually memorized scripture is through our “PICTURE IT. PRACTICE IT. REMEMBER IT.” method. We have complied pictures to associate parts of the scripture with, made a video with the words as well as a video without the words. The “PRACTICE IT” video below is to help you be able to later visualize the video and remember the scripture. Come on Sunday Night and try reciting the scripture as you view the “REMEMBER IT” video without words. If we can remember lines from different movie scenes, we should be able to memorize God’s word, right?
